With crazy work schedules, Jo and I often find it difficult to plan for holidays. Workload has increased much because of mistakes that people make. We end up usually being the dirt cleaners and putting in those extra hours because of what these people create.
So I cannot understand why these people can’t grasp the concept of, “Do it right, do it good, do it once.”
Well but anyway, being exceedingly pissed, we decided to just drop everything and go on a holiday. Hence the Great Bali escape.
And this was it. Our stay for the week, The KajaNe Mua, a resort villa located within Ubud. Service is impeccable at this resort. Everyone made an effort to remember the names of the people staying in the villa.
One of our windows overlooked the rice padis.
This is the complimentary healthy lunch we had at the villa.
While we were there, we went for a cooking class above (which was really more like a chopping class), went surfing for the first time and took a bike ride around the area. This holiday was many levels of awesome.
Now that we are back to work, Bali feels like a lifetime ago.
